Welcome to Woodward Chiropratic
OUR MISSION
To help you get well, teach you what to do to stay well, and do both with such quality, that you will demand the same for your family and friends.
We do three things in our office. We help you through difficult and painful health conditions, alleviating your pain with a "hands-on" approach.
Secondly, we apply systems which have grown out of evidence-based physics applications to allow your spine and body to change structurally (commonly called structural rehabilitation). Thus we can help eliminate the imbalance that caused your problem to develop in the first place.
Thirdly, we will partner with you, coaching you in ways that will help you stay well, inspiring you so that you may enjoy optimal vitality and longevity.
HISTORY
Woodward Chiropractic had its beginning in 1942 when Dr. Paul Woodward hung out his shingle on Phillips Lane. Before 1950, he had moved to Preston Highway, next door to our current location. Through the years several doctors of chiropractic got their start in his office, inspired by his expertise in helping sick people get well and his undying enthusiasm.
Dr. Paul Woodward influenced over 30 individuals to begin a career in helping people through chiropractic. One of those was Dr. Bob Woodward, his son, who started helping in the office even while he still was in elementary school. Upon observing all the great improvements in health people were enjoying when they utilized chiropractic care and incorporating the lifestyle they were taught, Dr. Bob decided upon a vocation in chiropractic. In 1979 father and son began an association that continued until 1997, when Dr. Paul retired at the age of 82.
